Hello Columbus IT Community,

The Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) - Columbus Chapter is holding a social mixer at the Buckeye Hall of Fame Cafe on December 3, 2008 @ 6pm.  We will be located in Billiards Room 1.  We'll have a great time!  We'll have door prizes to hand out.  We'll have pool tables to play on.  We'll even have the bar ready!  :)  Oh, I forgot to mention the great food and atmosphere.

We're also have a Toys for Tots donation.  If you plan to bring a toy, e-mail the AITP Treasurer for a discount code.  All donations will go to the Toys for Tots program.

 

Here's what we're having to eat:

  • Chicken Strips
  • Buffalo Wings
  • Fried Ravioli
  • Finger Sandwiches
  • Fajita Station
  • Strips of Beef and Chicken
  • Assorted Sautéed Vegetables
  • Flour Tortillas, Tomatoes,Shredded Lettuce, Shredded Cheese, Onions, Sour Cream & Salsa

AITP - Columbus Chapter



The Association of Information Technology Professionals is the oldest organization representing IT professionals in the United States. Our association is dedicated to the advancement of the information processing professional by promoting the effective, responsible management of information technology to the benefit of its members, their employers and society. Members are provided with a wide range of opportunities for technical and management skills enhancement. Membership also means interaction with other computer professionals at the Chapter level, Region and Association conferences and seminars, and through technical and management certification programs. The Columbus, Ohio Chapter has served the greater Columbus community since 1952. Today, the members of the Columbus Chapter of AITP represent the private sector in the banking, insurance, consulting, auditing, manufacturing, transportation, communications, publishing industries as well as many others. The chapter has members from branches of federal, state and local government in the public sector. Members of the educational community at all levels are found to be actively involved in the association.
